Discussion
Questions
Please post responses to
these questions in your seminar groups.** Remember to refer directly
to quotes from your readings and to quote responses of others to whom
you are responding.
Be sure to read what
it means "to discuss" before starting.
** The
class has been divided into two seminar groups: one which Tom will
facilitate and one which Diane will facilitate. This has been done
because of the size of the class and to enable all of us to have
more time to read responses for discussion in our group with fewer
members in the group. The groups currently consist of 16 members
each though we expect that this might change as people join or leave.
You are free to read any postings in any group; but please respond
to members of your own seminar. Tom & Diane will read postings
in both groups so that we can see what people are saying, but we
will confine our comments to our own seminars (unless we are specifically
asked to comment on a questions or response). The seminar lists are
given in the FirstClass classroom and are duplicated
here.
